These guys are the absolute best. I consider them members of the family, even though I only met them once, years ago. Yes, that's right. They have my keys. They know ALL my animals (was 3 dogs, 7 cats at one point), and they come in and do everything when we're away. They leave little notes about each visit, funny and loving. I should have given them this review years ago, but they were just here last weekend and that reminded me. They are the BEST. Each time I email I pray they are still in business. Wissahickon Pet Minders were recommended to us by many of our neighbors who are happy long term customers. I am new to the area so hiring someone to come into our apartment with our newly rescued dog made me very nervous but Kiaran and Mike have been great. They came over to meet us and go over everything. They leave wonderful little notes and are always very quick to reply to my emails. Currently, they just walk our rambunctious but loveable American Staffordshire Terrier but we will likely use their services to care for our cat, bearded dragon, and aquarium in the future. These guys are great! Always the best care for how ever long you might be away. They even handle our tough cats (one is extra mean, and the other needs special medical care with pills and insulin via hypodermic needle). No problem at all, and each visit is concluded with a little personal note. Sometimes we will have been away for two weeks and there are a dozen notes left like a diary of all the goings on with the kids (cats). I have been a client for several years now but have been remiss for not reviewing them here on Yelp before now.
