Took day off from work, was given an arrival window of 12-3pm in the afternoon. Tech arrived at 3:50pm, never called to notify, had to call for update time. Very unprofessional, tech seemed perplexed. Was told credit or debit card would be $85.00, cash would be $69.99 for diagnostics to be applied against any bill. Was charged $85.00 for cash. Seems like a bait and switch, scam operation. Picture on the web page is definitely not Worcester PA. Would not recommend, stay away!!!Service: Washing machine repair
We called this company, got a quote, and set up an appointment to install a dishwasher. They called the morning of the appointment to say there was a mistake, and they would now need almost twice as much as they had quoted to do the installation. I will not deal with such a scam, so I went with another company.
Stay away! Seems like bait-and-switch to me. Had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon, and then, after taking time off of work, received a call the morning of that the technician assigned to my appointment decided to "not come into work because it was his birthday". I was told that the next available appointment would not be until Tuesday evening. They were very happy to take my credit card to hold the service appointment when I first made it though. Good luck!
