From start to finish the entire process was streamlined 100% to my satisfaction!!! The contract presented to me by John was very easy to understand. We had a lot of wind damage in the spring--siding was torn off and facia also got blown off the house. I had spent months contacting contractors and either got ghosted or never received quotes after they visited the house. I contacted Bigfoot Contruction and within 5 minutes I got both an e-mail and a call!
That was a Friday late afternoon. I didn't expect any communication over the weekend, but I still got a couple messages asking if I wanted repairs done as soon as possible. After. Multiple calls to other companies with multiple no shows, Finally called Bigfoot spoke to a nice man named John who had a wonderful consultant name.Matt respond the same day! Very kind, very professional. Matt took a lot of pictures and we talked about different ways to mitigate the leaking sun room.
