Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning is a well-known laundromat that is appreciated for its cleanliness and dependable machines. It offers soap dispensers, change machines, free Wi-Fi, and bathrooms, which are available when an attendant is present. Open until 10:30 PM, it provides a convenient place for washing and drying clothes. The management cares about their customers and works to keep a respectful environment. Recently, they increased prices after some customers damaged clothes with substances like super glue, bleach, and blue dye. Despite these issues, the laundromat receives praise for its good service.
Customers note that coins or cards are needed for washing, while dryers require coins only. Some Bill-To-Coins machines are on-site, although a few machines are currently not working. The laundromat is clean and features various washers, including large capacity machines that accept credit cards and a mobile app. There are also dryers available, making it easy to do laundry quickly and efficiently.
In addition to laundry services, Wind Gap Laundry and Tanning offers tanning services, which customers find thoughtful and convenient. Many appreciate the extended hours, open 7 days a week, making it a great place to do laundry and enjoy tanning all in one location.
Great place to wash your clothes open from 5:30 in the morning until 10:30 at night. Staff is helpful in the morning time. They like to put a $100 charge on your bank account for using a card if you swipe the machines. Insane. Y'all really need to stop allowing ppl to smoke marijuana inside. Cigarettes isn't allowed, pot shouldn't be either. My clothes should not wreak of it when I leave your facility. Happened this morning at 630-7am may 2nd.
I was worried by some reviews I had seen, but these laundromat machines were very clean and had no mildew smell that I typically associate with laundromats. They had card, cash, and app-based payment options, and there were plenty of machines. Clean and very accommodating.
I love the huge washers!! $11 @ load but they are fast and clothes come out clean and we'll spun dry ♡
I didn't love what seemed like it was a worker who was using ALL the super dryers & the dryers were not even running! The dryers were full, but they were not running. I ended up using regular dryers which took me a few hours.
