From the first phone call asking about their rental equipment to it being delivered was the easiest process ever. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted so I ordered a tent, tables and chairs. After that I decided I wanted to add a dunk tank and obstacle course and they made adding things so simple. I ordered a tent, tables and chairs for my party from Metz Amusements. I was able to do everything online. Just click and add to cart. All the measurements are listed so you know you're ordering what you need. Then you complete the contract and make a deposit or pay in full. I immediately received confirmation of my contract and payment. They came the day before my event and set up the tent. I was asked where I wanted it and they got to work quickly and efficiently.
