You called to inquire about new service and they don't know the answers and then what really topped it off is that customer service hangs up on you. I guess they're really not in need of new customers being the way that they treat them. And honestly look at the reviews already... Self-explanatory.
Edit... Still do not hang up on a potential customer. Why would I call back when y'all hang up on people inquiring about new service. ?

I called to ask about filling a 20 or 40 pound tank at their location. The employee asked me what size. I told her. She said they don't do that..... unless you have an account. I told her I would be paying with cash or credit card. She then told me they don't fill tanks at their location. She sounded very unsure and seemed to just want to get rid of me....rather admit she didn't know. If this is what they have dealing with the public and customers.....I would avoid them.
