I had dual mini split system installed on Aug 6th. CJ's was the first company i called for a estament . I had everyone i asked for before Chris left my house. After a weeks of trying to get a couple more and getting no where. I gave the job to CJ's The 2 gentlemen that did the install were very professional and hard workers. II have never been happier with how a job turned out as i was with the Job CJ's did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Caleb came to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our A/C, ran some tests, and made some operational changes and some suggestions, which solved the problem. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and we look forward to having him come to do our annual service in the spring. Additionally, when I called the office to schedule the original appointment, I spoke with a lovely woman (Halley, maybe?) who was knowledgeable and quickly got me on the schedule. All in all it was a great service experience (and not expensive at all for the service)!
Caleb was fantastic, he had a very friendly demeanor and was very thorough, from the technical work to how he took the time to clean the unit. He was very patient, and took the time to explain to us each step he was taking. He also provided helpful tips as to how to make the system most efficient. We would definitely request Caleb for future servicing! He is very knowledgeable
