The first few years they were top notch but the past year or two they went downhill. Not coming out after I called several times to show them what needed to be done and provide an estimate; not abiding by their signed contract to feed the lawn during July...a no show, and the yard never looked worse then it does now; not planting plants deep enough and I lost about $50 in plants and had to replant others; adding a fuel fee to a previously signed contract and not telling me (you can't add things to a contract without the other party notified and initialing the original contract), etc. I am sure they will blame Covid, everybody does, but I spent thousands of dollars on...read full review
