after getting absolutely nowhere with Yamaha in an attempt to get information about a part for a drum carrier, i came across one made by Pearl and Emily at Steve Weiss went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a company representative, back and forth with e-mails providing useful information and suggestions for how to adapt this part to my particular project. if i need something similar in the future i will think of Steve Weiss and Emily first. highly recommended.

Good folks with knowledge of our instruments and lots of choices. They even went to the manufacturer for me to get a special build of an out of production instrument. I’ve owned their Roto Toms and they were as fine as my originals from the 70s. Thanks all-
