Green Tea Nail & Spa offers great service and a relaxing experience. The staff is nice and provides good massages, including foot and leg massages. The environment is clean and comfortable, featuring massage chairs for added comfort. While walk-ins are welcome, there may be a wait depending on staffing, and some customers have noted that the wait can sometimes exceed 20-30 minutes. Prices are great, making it a good value, and the salon is known for its excellent gel manicures and great pedicures. The atmosphere can vary; at times, it can be loud with employees communicating across the room, but many also appreciate the serene moments enhanced by low music and the sound of a waterfall. The “green tea spa pedicure” is highly recommended for its affordability and quality.
I came in with a very simple design I wanted for my nails and the nail tech wouldn’t do it. Originally she told me $15 and I was okay with it and then another lady told her to tell me $12 and then she went back to $15 and then told me she couldn’t do it. Then I asked for just stripes and she basically told me no to that too. The pedicure itself was good but the paint job was not. I paid $72 for plain nails with no polish and the simple pedicure. This place used to be so good! 🙃
I've been a client at Green Tea for many years at least 15. I've always gotten a welcoming smile and great service. If I clearly state what I'd like done they are humble and willing to comply. They have never been pushy and really work hard. I've worked in the service industry many years...it's not easy. Everyone of us will have bad days...I'm happy they haven't taken me by surprise if or when they did. This is my honest review. I do miss the Green Tea before Pandemic most of all!🤭
Mandy, my nail technician, is a delight! She was incredibly thorough with my nails, cleaning out my cuticles meticulously and ensuring an even application of builder gel. Her attention to detail and reassurance throughout the process made me feel comfortable.
I wasn’t satisfied with the color I chose initially, so I returned the next day with my personal gel polish in the desired shade. She patiently removed the old color and applied my new one. I’m thrilled with my nails! To top it off, she even gave me a discount for returning the next day to make the change.
