Tonne does an amazing job explaining the process and what each step is doing, why its important, ect. In 4 sessions I have lost several inches and feel more comfortable in my clothes. This in turn has given me more energy, and helped me to exercise. I will be booking more sessions right away because I love the difference I'm seeing.
