VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and BAD SERVICE.
They left wood chipping and grinding on my lawn, which went over to my neighbors lawn after we agreed to have the tree and stump removed. I called back with no answer. They were supposed to finished the job yesterday but they did not. The owner hung up on me when I told him I will not pay until they finish the job. Extremely unprofessional, and I do not feel if I looked a certain a way they would have treated me in this manner. I am very disappointed.
I hired to clear several large trees from my property. During the work, heavy branches accidentally struck a newly installed fence, leaving visible damage. When I raised the issue, I felt my concerns were not fully addressed, and I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. The cleanup was completed, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations. Bad service overall.
Alpha 1 Tree Experts came out on short notice. My main trunk was split and limbs were hanging making it a dangerous situation. They cut the limbs and cleaned the area fast. They did an exellent job and I'll definitely be calling them back for any tree service!
