I contacted D&M to install a couple bathroom stalls in May, 2022 and they have not been installed yet, and it is August. I have reached out several times for reimbursement of the down payment and apparently they have no intension of returning the funds. Our next step will be legal action.

Long story short, Dustin Pendal has stolen nearly $1000.00 from my family without rendering any services and he refuses to communicate with me. He's proven himself to be a liar, a scam artist, and an all around indecent human being. He is highly unprofessional, and runs his "business" unethically.
