She's handled house sales in a couple of states, green home rebates, moves, relocation benefits, business items, trust issues, and other tax items for us. Everything is professional and personal. I actually look forward to receiving emails from my CPA. I've dealt with large firms before, but the attention to detail and personal service from Nancy is far superior.
