Joey Dabarba is a great place to get a hair cut. I highly recommend him. I was just passing through Williamsport for work and I was needing a haircut. Always a great cut. It's impossible to leave Joey's not feeling great. Every haircut is a little different. Took the sides up higher this time and, naturally, it looks killer. Best barber in Billtown, without a doubt.
