In my experience Bayada has been a wonderful place to work! They provide a safe and secure atmosphere with plenty of growth opportunities(both personal and professional) as well as numerous learning opportunities(again, both personal and professional), the office staff have - and continue to be - amazingly supportive and sensitive to the needs of both their clients and employees alike. Throughout my continued employment I have witnessed the office staff of which I am employed show the utmost care and compassion when interacting with both clients and caregivers and staff are always available at a moment's notice for whatever needs may arise 24 hours a day - 7 days a week....read full review
