My bag failed me, and my laptop landed in a puddle!! PC doctors went above and beyond when I was frantic and fearful of loosing all my work and other important files. Patrick was able to successfully transfer all my files to an external hard drive while I waited and then successfully fixed, revamped and cleaned my computer. I was shocked when I recieved it, fired it up and all of my information was still there, set up just as I last saw it.. only running faster! As a bonus, they replaced my keyboard and fixed my severed power cord all in less than 48 hrs over a weekend.
Extremely patient and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. Worked diligently on my sons gaming PC until they were sure they got it fixed. Also fixed it as cost effectively as possible. Highly recommend!!!
