Superior Pools & Spas is a top-notch business known for going above and beyond for its customers. The owner and his team are experienced, timely, reliable, and super hard-working. They handle everything from water chemistry help and equipment repair to larger projects like liner replacements and installing sand heaters or saltwater filters. The crew is phenomenal, doing jobs quickly but correctly, and cleaning up thoroughly.
The staff is consistently super kind, helpful, honest, polite, and patient. They have great knowledge of all things pool and spa and are very responsive and informative. Customers appreciate that the business wants a loyal customer over a quick sale, never selling something that is not needed. Pricing is great for the service and products received. Many customers state they will never go anywhere else, highly recommending Superior Pools & Spas as the best place for all pool and spa needs.
We started working with superior pools after a family member needed them in a pinch. They were right there to help them even though it was the busy season. I needed help with my pool heater and again during the busy season they were right there to help get me going right before a big party I was having. They did my liner, pool heater, and salt system. They are wonderful to talk to and great with prices. I would recommend to everyone. 5 stars. 👍
I’ve been working with Superior Pools And Spas and they are amazing. Years ago we had our pool installed by another outfit and it was a complete disaster and Mike and his crew came up and he was able to get a penta rep from Buffalo to come in and rectify all our problems. Since then he’s been opening and closing my pool and he’s always available for any sort of consultation or help. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I wish I knew about them before I had my Pool originally installed. He goes above and beyond for me in a pool that they didn’t even put in for me.
Mike the owner Superior pools and spas. I asked Mike to go way out of his way and get me apart from my hot tub actually trying to figure out what kind of touchpad I really need it he went above and beyond. Be honest with you I would never go anywhere else but Superior pools and spas Mike is a man so helpful deathly five stars I give him 10 if I could. Thanks again Mike
