I'm leaving this review not to criticize the stylists (they all do a fine job here despite what some reviews say), but to criticize the company owners. They are greedy, despicable and incompetent monsters who deserve less than nothing due to their life-ruining decisions. If anyone sees this, BOYCOTT Smartstyle because of the callous and stupid higher ups! #savethestylists

Not sure who the new manager is or why she is so rude. I recently called to make an appointment, come to find out my favorite stylist isn't there anymore. I proceed to explain to the new manager what I am looking for and the attitude that came from this woman! Unacceptable!!!!! You don't treat someone like that over the phone or in person. I will be making sure I no longer go back or have anyone I know go back there either. Such a toxic place!!!!Now cooperate contacts me and tells me to email them so I do and it says its an invalid email to reach out to them! How unprofessional of a company !!!!!
