Got a gel mani and pedi before a cruise.
Waited an hour before being seen. Understandable, they were busy. They were kind and patient when I asked for callous removal and stayed after closing time to accommodate me. I appreciated that.

Will post on how they held up after the cruise!

Came here today 2 get my French fill in manicure and the customer service suck be aware of there pricing because I called in advance was told 45 and ended up being charged 55. There's no clear communication about pricing and they greedy. They should have good customer service for the price they charging is not worth it and very dissatisfied will not be returning.

Took my daughter to get her nails and toes done. we had to wait a little while due it being busy but her nails were pretty. I would recommend letting people soak their feet while they wait for their pedicure instead of just sitting and waiting. My daughter sat in the pedicure chair and just sat for about 20 minutes while she waited for someone. She could of been soaking her feet for that time.
