Oh my God. When I say slay... I mean slayyyyy. Let me tell you honey you go in there looking one way and you come out looking and feeling fabulous. She does exactly as expected if not even better. It's been so long since I've had any type of braids in my hair. And throughout the years my hair became brittle and very weak. I stressed to her the issue that I was having. I came in and she did her thing. She's very friendly she's just so sweet. I wouldn't stir you wrong.. Cha Cha Hair Braiding is definitely a go-to.... I had my hair braided special for a rave festival and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! We were taken in last minute and both of us done were braided in under two hours!! Excellent service and kindness

I actually called her shop the night before and she was closed but she still returned my call. She took me the next day I was very last minute making an appointment so I was flexible with the time. She was very quick with the service I believe we started around 6pm and I was out by 915pm she braids quick and I absolutely loved the hairstyle and color combo she helped me with ! And yes she is very kind and gentle . I get compliments on my hair everyday and I can’t wait to go back. I don’t do reviews but you deserved your flowers !
