The only negative thing I can say about the shop, not the shop but Michelle, is English deficiency, she's trying to grow in her understanding of it. But even in that manner if we miscommunicate, all I have to do is ask her husband and he will translate for her so she can have a better understanding. She does understand sometimes, but certain things are hard to explain. It could also be me, due to my speech impairment. So I will give her a 10-star and that's something which is very rare.
