Coustmer communication isn't good.... seems as they'll tell u next day to get ur business when reality is 2 or 3 days. It has happened more than once getting different phones fixed here.
Friendly, helpful, fast, and fair service.Honest and fair about pricing. The gentleman that helped me told me it would be cheaper to purchase a new phone with the phone company. Most places would’ve tried to convince me to purchase something with them.A good variety of accessories for a lot of different phones.They also sell fully tested pre-owned phones and wearables.I will definitely return in the future for repairs and would recommend to anyone!Thank you!!!!!!
My I Phone screen appeared to be cracked so I stopped at Happy Fix for a repair. The tech looked at my phone, peeled my screen protector off and showed me an intact screen! No repair was needed but I did get a new screen protector. Great service and no attempt to gouge me for an unnecessary fix. I’m going back to get new screen for my iPad!
