We had 5 hair and makeup appointments, and Roxy sent a detailed itinerary ahead of time with appointment times and exactly who would be doing each person's hair and makeup. That level of organization made the entire day run smoothly.

She answered all of my questions and provided the type of professionalism I was looking for in a stylist.
