I am a regular customer at Great Clips in Whitehall, PA. I always get a great haircut from Jakob and love the idea you can sign in on line and head to the saloon knowing about how long a wait you may have.
Waited a bit longer than their original estimate but they were patient and helpful while mom transferred from her mobility scooter to the chair and back again afterwards. She liked her cut and we even got a coupon for next time
I like Great Clips because they keep the price of a haircut down. And the people there are very personable.
My only complaint would be is that they don't keep long hours--that is to say they close a few hours earlier than the other stores around them.
