I have been going to Dave with all my various computers and printers for the last 10-12 years as I have gone through moves, computers, and software updates.
He has always been able to find my part that I needed for my printer or get a new battery for the laptop even if its older.
He has always been available in the afternoons for in office service without fail, and although I have never needed him for an AM home visit, I'm sure I would be able to get him scheduled to take care of an in-home problem.
Additionally, he has also done an online quick fix-it with me as well.

The man running the business is a consummate professional. Offers quality services at a reasonable price and sells products for good prices as well. Highly recommend this man for your needs, go with this over any chain for quality service.

Had lots of family videos on a Seagate hard drive that was supposed to connect wireless to my tv so we could watch them. The thing never worked so I took it to Dave and he moved everything to a hard drive and reformatted the videos so we could watch them. Couldn't be happier. Someone complained on a review that he never answered his phone and had his computer for 3 years. That's ridiculous. Dave has always answered my calls and when I spent over an hour in his shop while he explained everything he was answering the phone and helping people. If you can't get ahold of him I find that not credible. He answered my call while he was off site and... read full review
