The front desk was quick to schedule, and while it’s clearly a popular spot, it never felt too crowded—lots of room and a noticeable attention to cleaning. It’s great for a quick men’s haircut (I didn’t ask for anything too fancy), and Chiara was very nice to work with.

The price is what you’d expect, not cheap per say, around the same price for a men’s cut at nyc, sf, Seattle etc, but I really appreciate that they don’t push a forced tipping culture. You can show appreciation by picking up some of their products or sending a tip through Venmo if you’d like.

She felt where the neck and back tension was and did something different that I'm used seeing but you can tell she knows what the heck she's doing and not just messaging you to say it's a massage.
