I picked up my dad's final return about 10 days ago and I just picked up my own today. I have been quite happy with Emmett and his staff through the whole process. He took the time necessary to explain the new situations I had to deal with as a result of my dad's death. He will be completing the estate return right after this individual tax season ends. I have also been very impressed with his staff. They remember my name all the time, are very pleasant and friendly on the phone, and are very helpful in getting me an appointment with Emmett or even a quick phone call with him when I have further questions. Emmett is very well informed, and knows everything necessary to be the best option for getting our complicated taxes done! And he is very kind. The office staff is also kind and efficient!
