Excellent experience. I was able to book online, showed up right on time, and was immediately seated. The haircut took approximately 20 minutes. The hairstylist was friendly and asked all the right questions to ensure I got exactly the haircut I wanted. She even suggested a few things to do in the area and places to check out, since I had just arrived in the US. It was a pleasant conversation, and I felt very relaxed throughout the haircut. I was very happy with the cut and pleased with the result.
