“So Homecoming was in September but I didn't want a great experience going unnoticed! I went to get my sons boutonniere and his girlfriends corsage, paid a little extra for a wrist band and also to have the medium sized corsage. When I went to pick it up, it definitely looked like the smallest one and everybody there wanted to make it better! I asked how long they needed and only said like 30 mins! “I was very surprised, pleased and impressed by a phone call I received today. I had ordered flowers from West View Floral Shoppe for my sister who was starting a new job today.

The reason for the call was that the delivery person (Diane) said she delivered the the flowers to the business address but the receptionist didn't know who the recipient was (my sister). Diane wanted me to know that and also offered to pick up the flowers and re-deliver them to another address if necessary.

It turns out the address was correct, the receptionist didn't know my sister since it was her first day. Unfortunately, it seems that good customer service is often hard to find these days, and having someone go above and beyond is rarer still! But that's what Diane of West View Floral Shoppe did and I just wanted to publicly acknowledge and thank her for doing so!
