Let me preface this by saying I do my own computer work/repairs and have never gone to this business. However I am giving it 4 stars for this reason: entertainment. I passed the business in my car one day and googled it, only to come across some of the funniest replies by the owners I have seen to date. If anyone sees the reviews, the 1 stars, if true, are very viable reasons not to go here. However I cannot confirm nor deny that these things happened. I am merely someone who was entertained by the comments and am leaving it a 4 star review as a thank you (the company currently has a 4 star overall rating so I am giving it the same)

I have used this place to repair all my computers for me, my wife, and my 3 children for over 10yrs now and have nothing to say but good things about them. Would never go elsewhere. I sure hope they are always there for us in the future when I need them again!

Just wanted to mention that not only did Computer Systems Service sell me a "refurbished" laptop that seems better than my daughters new laptop, and I only paid a fraction of the cost...but this place is the only place that goes above and beyond to review all details of the service performed and really just makes you feel comfortable while dealing with them which I surely cannot say about any others in the computer industry. Thumbs up to this family business for sure!
