We stopped in to pick out tile for a bathroom remodel - shower and flooring. Vivian worked with us to narrow down options (they have a huge selection!) and guided us to find a perfect selection for shower walls, mosaic floor, bathroom floor, grout color and trim. We couldn’t have done it without her expertise. This was the second tile store we went to and by far the best.
Lou is such a wonderful resource for all our tile needs and questions. If I email Lou a question, he responds almost immediately. He will even show up to our office the day of when we are in need of samples. He goes above and beyond for us at J. Francis Company!
Best Tile has tons of colorful options, unlike some of the other places around that stick to beige and gray. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and can have orders filled quickly. Dawna was able to help me find tile when another company that our contractor uses was unable to fill an order and was holding up our bathroom project for months. The tile took less than a week from ordering to delivery. Ordering from Best Tile is also helpful since they know what is needed for proper installation and can recommend items like that funky schluter strip that you didn't know you needed, and a sill....all of this stuff is in stock, which makes life easier for us and our tile guy, and saves a lot of time. I highly recommend Best Tile. Excellent products, prices, and service.
