Success story! I began taking the Cholarest supplement from your office to support healthy blood lipids a little over a year ago. My last lipid panel was all normal but total cholesterol had risen a bit and my diet hadn’t changed. In full disclosure, I began eating both a keto and low carb lifestyle 5.5 years ago with tremendous improvements in overall health. My last total cholesterol was in the low 190’s. My routine blood work was done this morning. Total cholesterol is 169!! And triglycerides, HDL and LDL all improved as well!
