My husband friends and myself enjoyed a first-class service from bud the owner of Brookfield Maple products. He told us all about maple it was absolutely fascinating and we thank him for taking the time to tell us all about it. Yesterday I made pancakes from their old-fashioned self-rising buttermilk product and we used their dark colored robusk tasting pure maple syrup, and we used their organic pure maple sugar in our tea they were delicious! We would have to say it was the best we've ever tried. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

If you are on the fence, TRY IT!!! If you remember going to the fair and having the maple cotton candy ( not every fair im sure but my local one for sure ) and are missing those times, than i highly recommend giving it a try! You will not be dissapointed!

We began buying Brookfield Maple Products Organic Maple Syrup for use in our cooking but also to serve to the guests along side our French Toasts, pancakes , waffles, etc. at our Bed and Breakfast. After a few years of trying many other companies, none of which we bought in grocery stores, we decided on Brookfield Maple Products because of the rich flavor and the satisfaction of knowing it is certified organic.
