Original review: Positives: The electrician came when he said he would, was professional, and fixed the problem which turned out to be a very simple one of me using non-dimmable bulbs in a fixture with a dimmer switch. Negative: When I called to make the appointment, I asked if there was a service fee to come out and take a look. The person on the phone told me there was no service fee and that the electrician would give me a price once they get here, before they fix the problem. What actually happened was they put in the new bulbs and then told me that the minimum fee was $195.00, which honestly is waaaay overpriced for simply putting in a couple... read full review

I needed to repair our outside connection after a falling tree ripped it off our house. They were able to come out that day and repair the damage. I appreciated their willingness to come out in an emergency situation - most weren't able to come for days. They were excellent to work with and communicated very well.
