Dr. Carolina Vasquez and the staff at Tower Health at Home in Berks County have been a godsend to our family. They assessed and guided my sister and I thru this process lovingly and with great compassion. We felt at ease knowing our mother was in caring hands during her final days. These are very special people and we feel the deepest gratitude for all of them.

We recently placed my grandmother on hospice through Tower Health. We didn’t have any experience with hospice and didn’t know what to expect.My family and I have nothing but great things to say about Tower Health hospice. Her PCP put the referral in on a Friday afternoon and a nurse reached out the following day, on a Saturday! They were able to arrange for someone to come out that Monday. We had medications within 1-2 days of being ordered and medical equipment was ordered on Sunday delivered the same day.Our case manager, Kate was fantastic. I was very fortunate to have Tower Health at Home for the initial 2 weeks of Physical therapy after knee surgery. My therapist, Terre, was very professional and made the experience as pleasant as possible. She taught me well and was very encouraging and positive. As a result, I am ready to move on to outpatient therapy. I am very grateful for this agency and my therapist.
