I had to leave a review.

My laptop got water damaged when I was walking to my car in the rain. I thought my bookbag was water proof but it wasn't as good as advertised. My laptop didnt turn on the next time I tried it and my heart stopped. I have everything on there, all my data, all my work, and even crypto wallets and passwords. I took it to a bunch of places and no one could help. Apparently, as soon as water enters the circuit board, theres nothing that can be done. I was upset to say the least. Then I found Shearer Tech. Was having some issues with my gaming pc and couldn’t find anyone to work on it. Gave them a call and the guy who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answers questions and get to the bottom of the problem. I had called many other places(Best Buy) who wouldn’t answer any questions or try to solve my problem. I ended up taking my pc here and they gave an estimate and got it working again. Very happy with my experience. Would recommend to anyone!

I was in the middle of a meeting when my computer froze. Then the worst happened, the blue screen of death showed up and it shut off. I pushed the power button multiple times but nothing happened. Wanting to pull a full on Office Space copier scene on this computer I decided against it and took it to Shearer Technical Computer Consultants. Mark had an opening and took a look at it right away. He told me that I should not smash it and he could fix it while I waited. It took no time at all and they had my computer back up and running. Thank You Mark for the quick service.
