My first visit was a couple months ago when I was going through a rough time. I was at my wits end and decided to give reiki a shot. IT WAS AMAZING! The reiki included the use of crystals, aroma, and sound therapy. She even did an angel oracle reading at the end.
Christina radiates warmth and kindness and you can definitely sense that. She simply exudes positive energy. I will keep coming back to experience different services that she offers.

WOW! This place is amazing. I try to get a massage from the owner 1 a month (due to something health issues). Christina works wonders!! She gets a sense of how my body is (back mostly) and puts soooo much focus on it. She is incredibly bright and truly wants YOU TO FEEL BETTER!! If i could give 10 stars i would. I have been going to Integrative healing Arts for at least 4 years now. Never plan on changing :)
Christina is amazing. She has a calm and peaceful presence, and her Reiki sessions leave me rebalanced. If you are looking for mind, bod, and spirit wellness, she is the one to go to!
