I love this store! Everyone is so helpful. The manager with the green and black hair, didn’t catch her name, is AMAZING! I was stuck in a predicament today where I chose to get store credit for refunded items and then quickly discovered they did not have the product I wanted in store. She helped calm me down and even looked to see if local stores had the shade I was looking for. They didn’t. She then helped me find an item from a brand I never would have even looked at and helped shade match me! Seeing her balance between me and the two grouchy ladies who wanted their February bday reweards, honored in March, proved to me how great of a manager she is.

I don’t know the name of the lady, but she was a merchant manager and I expressed I was insecure for the hair on my chin and discoloration. I also needed a color match and other things. I did my makeup today and almost cried, I felt so bad about myself aging and I look flawless! Thank you for being so kind, welcoming, and not judging me! Will return.
I had the most wonderful experience with Makenzie J. at the Benefit Cosmetics counter in Ulta West Mifflin. As a 44‑year‑old woman trying makeup for the first time, I arrived nervous and awkward, and Makenzie’s kindness immediately put me at ease. She listened, explained each step with gentle patience, and guided me through choices without ever making me feel rushed or judged.
