I went into ulta to buy a curling iron and I was talking to my mom about how I wish I could use false eyelashes but I can’t bc they’re so hard to put on for some reason. The cashier, I believe her name was Brooke, she overheard and helped me to pick out some false eyelashes (the impress no glue needed ones) and walked me through how to put them on. She was so nice and helpful. I went home and practiced putting these on and they worked! She definitely knows what she was talking about with these!

It was my first time shopping there but I had a great experience. I don’t remember the first women’s name who helped but she explained how my gift card would work and made me feel very comfortable in the store. At the checkout, Sandy was very kind and helpful explaining the rewards system for me! The store was clean and organized, especially after Black Friday craziness! The girls who work there are all so friendly, highly recommend shopping there! I will definitely be a return shopper ?

It was my first time going to the store. I was looking for foundation and concealer and make up for my daughter It was not the experience I thought it was going to be. Asked a employee about a product and was ignored, I feel because I was not looking into the expensive products,I would have bought all of it at the store if the customer service was more attentive. My mom had the same experience before and went to Macy's and said because of how she was treated she bought even more. I completely agree. The only good experience was paying because I was leaving but the cashier was more attentive than the other Ulta rep so maybe my experience would have been better if that...read full review
