Dr. Stokar is great. However, I have challenges getting my prescription refilled due to prior auth. I call CVS and it's usually because the person who submitted the prescription didn't submit the correct information. I call the office and get an attitude sometimes. This medication impacts my quality of life when I don't have it. It would be great if the process could be streamlined so human error could be removed from the equation or if due diligence was done the first time.
He seemed very nice but….. he was in and out of the room so fast. Most visits he seemed clueless what was going on with me. Told he was going to do a biopsy had to wait a month for appointment then at appointment he said can’t do it! And yes left messages about Botox with answering service… no calls back.
