Doctor does a thorough exam and explains everything. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and welcomes questions. Also schedules appointments accordingly to patients needs and concerns. I have told family and friends to go this practice.*

Been going a few years now. Dr shelestack is very nice and gentle with me. But the receptionist are rude most of the time. I shouldn’t be in tears after a phone call. I wish they would do reminder calls. One time I showed up for my appt and they tried to tell me I didn’t have an appt that day when I knew I did

Newer office personnel now seems to be more organized with scheduling appointments etc, but really miss having the courtesy reminder of your appointments coming up or would be nice to have the text messaging service reminder, this day and age we’re all so busy and need that reminder…
