The staff is very nice and quite lovely, but I felt brushed off by the vet whenever I brought up concerns about my pet. I didn't like that most of the treatment is done behind closed doors rather than in the room with the owner.

Grateful for the fact they were the only ones taking new patients. My cat was in distress I called around noone was taking anyone new. Took a chance. They got us in that day. Everyone in the office was very caring with Spooky. Thankyou.

Very careing doctor and staff.We thought it was the end for our 12 year old collie, but after a couple of laser treatments and a change in meds our Keegan is doing much better. We know he is older and there will be issues but he is still with us. Thank you Dr. Trippett and staff. We highly recommend them!Shawn & Denise Ann
