Fast, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and informative. Felt Sam was giving me the best information and options with safety issues being a priority in what needed to be addressed on my fireplace that was falling apart. Never once felt like he was trying to sell me something. Was refreshing to be spoken to like a human being instead of like a walking wad of cash. Not something you encounter very often in today's world. Highly recommended!!

I can highly recommend Sam and his work. He is professional and hardworking, he clearly knows his stuff and he's a person who is comfortable to have around your home. He gladly answered my questions and gave good advice.He came to clean and inspect and later on to install a new wood-burning insert.I'm very happy with his work.Services: Stove & fireplace cleaning

I chose Strickland Chimney Sweeps based on their excellent reviews I found on Google and found them be very accurate! It was a pleasure doing business with Sam from the very first phone call. He answered on my first call and scheduled a visit for about a month or so from that date. Since it was already well into the fall season I felt this was reasonable. The week of the appointment Sam ran into a delay on a previous job and he was prompt in calling and rescheduling my appointment for one day later. Very courteous, very professional.
