We used SB Builders to replace to two 40+ year old decks on the back of our home. The decks were original to the home, and well past their useable life. Shane had to completely demo the decks and start all over as there was nothing that could be reused (well, I think he reused one or two of the original footings). Shane furnished us with designs, the schedule of work to be performed, and even took care of the permitting process with our local township. After researching several contractors, I chose SB Builders Group to install railings on my existing deck and along my front patio. I made the right choice! Shane Braxton and his crew worked diligently, efficiently and effectively to get the job done right, on time and on budget. A very competent craftsman, Shane assisted me in the planning and design phase, which revealed the need to first remove the existing, low-quality deck boards, fare the foundation, and replace the decking with high-quality boards worthy of the high-grade railing material we selected.
