I had a cleaning/inspection done by CS several years ago, and they were incredibly professional and thorough. We needed some repairs done more recently for a leak, and went with some other companies who offered lower pricing. However, those companies did subpar work and the leak only worsened. We ended up calling CS back and are glad to be working with them again. Even if the estimates are a little higher, it's worth the money to make sure the problem is actually fixed correctly.
