I don't usually write a review on here, but I'd like to give one today for Amber D. I've been trying to call and schedule an appointment for my pain/follow up with the GYN but I got no help from anyone...until I called my family pratice and talked to Amber. She could have just told me there's no current open spot when I wanted a follow up apt and moved on to the next call. Instead, she went the extra miles to understand the reason I called, the pain I'm having and find the help I needed. She really saved my day and showed me that she cared. I'm thankful for her help today. She deserves a 5 stars for being kind, thoughtful and so professional!!

The office experience was fine, and the doctor and medical assistant were great, however I had to give a urine sample, and I have to say the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a year, as well as the floors are filthy in the bathroom and the tile floors in general. I really think for a doctors office, the bathroom and toilet should be spotless. I could not wait to leave the bathroom. I think these should be cleaned prior to a patient using them.
