The Wash Factory Laundromat is a family-owned and operated business known for its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. It offers plenty of washers and dryers in multiple sizes, allowing customers to do large loads, including comforters. The friendly staff provides exceptional customer service, and there is a nice children's area with a small lounge and arcade for young visitors. The laundromat uses quarters for machines and features clean bathrooms, making it a welcoming place for all. Owner Kurt and his team go above and beyond, offering a fantastic drop-off and pick-up service, as well as a pick-up and delivery option. It is open until 11 pm and is the best laundromat in Chester County.
Great new owners! It's renamed as Wash Factory for the past few years. They provide a full laundry services. Stop in and introduce yourself

The cleanest, friendliness, well run, family owned laundromat in West Chester. With wash/fold delivery service and dry cleaning, this makes the decision easy as the only place to go!
