Treated with such high regard by the staff. Jenna was outstanding in her assessment, chosen process, meticulous care and overall treatment for my hair experience. I can honestly say it was transformative and we have the pictures to prove it! She completely exceeded my expectations.
Cant say enough about this place ! Love love love the vibe and all the stylists have unique personalities. Had a fabulous experience with a new stylist-Lala. She was amazing- took the time to talk through what I wanted and checked In along the way. I almost hate to say how amazing she was as I always want to be able to get an appointment with her!! So glad you landed at the refinery!!
Tori is not only a amazing stylist but is such a great person to be around. She makes my appointments fun and her customer service is top notch. Always accommodating to my schedule and needs.
