Saul and Ken worked for nine hours straight to remove old insulation, clean, disinfect, and blow in new insulation in an attic, demonstrating their knowledge and professionalism. We've used other pest control companies in the past, but recently moved into an older home (built in the 1800's) and saw some evidence of bugs, mice, and birds getting into parts of the house. Terminix have been in their own league of treating the property - the birds gone same day, within a week no more bugs, and already on the way of solving the mice, with proactive check-ins and follow ups to stay on top of the issue.
Our follow up was with Ken Beeler and after seeing some of the mice traps triggered he even went ahead and did more exclusion/sealing treatments on top of cleaning up the traps and getting new ones placed.

Kenneth Beeler arrived and I explained the situation and the conversation I had with the previous person. Kenneth assessed the roof with the help of Antonio and he was able to seal off the areas on the roof they found to be possible entry points. After they explained what was completed and answered some questions I had.
Have had no bad times at all in more than 10 years. Has greatly helped with the reduction/elimination of bugs around the house. No further issue with termites that initially started our need for Terminix in last few days. We will see if they get worse in next month or 2. “Give it time”. I don’t expect an immediate miracle to be performed although I sometimes get impression management of Terminix is expecting it.
