Brian from Signature Plumbing/Timothy Ott HVAC installed my whole house humidifier and new Honeywell thermostat. He took his time to do a thorough job, explained everything in detail, set up a new HONEYWELL thermostat and showed me how to use the accompanying app so I can control all heating, cooling, humidity functions from my smartphone. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. This company is great to work with. Everyone from Scheduling to HVAC technicians and sales managers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and Joe in Sales went out of his way to secure the best possible price for me.
